Heidi teaches a variety of classes in several locations throughout the Fort Collins area. No prior experience is necessary to enter a basic mat class or any of the equipment classes. Introductory Package: $200

A great way to get started if you have never tried Pilates before. In these three private lessons you will learn the basic fundamentals and learn more about what classes would fit your individualized goals.

Private Lessons: $72

Private lessons are the most effective way to focus on your unique individual needs. This is a great way to learn those fundamentals or to challenge yourself to move to the next level.

 

Apparatus Class: Duet $40 / Trio $35

This class is designed for 2-3 people utilizing the Pilates equipment: reformer, wall springs, and low chair. Using Pilates equipment guides and supports the body while using spring based resistance. Equipment can help with mat work by teaching you how to use the correct abdominal muscles to support your body.
